Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these Terms shall carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" means the tkbad website (tkbad.cam), all associated sub-domains, and digital services.
• "User" or "You" means any person, registered or unregistered, on the platform.
• "Account" means your personal registered profile.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free credit, or reward provided by tkbad.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition specifying how much must be wagered to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and related features available through tkbad.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the tkbad platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for persons aged 21 or older.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal.
• You must register with accurate and genuine personal information.
• One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must register on your own behalf — opening an account in someone else's name or on their behalf is not permitted.

tkbad may at any time request an identity document or other papers for age verification. tkbad reserves the right to temporarily restrict an account until verification is complete.

Account Registration and Security

To complete registration on tkbad you must provide your correct name, email address, phone number, and other required information. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

3.1 Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Never share this information with any third party. You are liable for any activity carried out from your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with applicable regulatory and anti-money-laundering rules, tkbad may need to verify customer identity. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Completion of this verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

3.3 Account Closure or Suspension

If any user violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity, tkbad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account without notice.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

tkbad supports local payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

tkbad reserves the right to reject or place on hold any transaction where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering. In such cases the user may be asked to provide additional information or documents.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tkbad provides promotional offers and bonuses from time to time. Each bonus has its own conditions, which are stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). That means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering an amount equal to 10 times the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A user may not claim each bonus offer more than once.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• tkbad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the associated account may be cancelled and funds forfeited.
• Withdrawal of deposited funds may be restricted while a bonus is active.

VIP Program and Cashback

tkbad's VIP program has four tiers. Members advance to higher tiers based on regular play and loyalty to the platform.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Cashback is automatically credited to the account on a set day each week. Separate terms apply to VIP benefits and cashback. tkbad reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and violations will result in account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means or exploiting bonus policies.
• Using software, bots, crawlers, or other automated methods.
• Stealing or misusing another user's account credentials.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward tkbad staff or other users.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.

Fair Play and Limitation of Liability

tkbad operates as a secure and reliable platform following SSL encryption and fair play principles. Our gaming system is operated impartially.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

tkbad is not liable for the following:

• Interruption of play due to loss of internet connection or technical failure.
• Any delay or failure related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Unauthorized use of your account resulting from your own negligence.

8.2 Technical Errors

If a reward is incorrectly issued due to a technical error, tkbad reserves the right to correct that amount. Withdrawing an incorrectly issued reward is a violation of these Terms.

Privacy and Personal Information

Amendment and Termination of Terms

tkbad reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Once published on the platform, changes will be considered effective. Users are advised to visit this page regularly.

If you continue to use the platform after any change, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any change in the Terms, please close your account and stop using the platform.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by relevant international online gaming regulations and the guidelines of tkbad's operating authority. In the event of any dispute, both parties will seek to resolve it through discussion.

If any part of these Terms becomes unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
